The Allen-Bradley 1336F-BRF510-AA-EN-HCS2 drive is an adjustable frequency AC drive. With an input voltage in the range of 380 to 480 Volts AC, the drive can produce 15 Horsepower of output. Torque regulation and speed control are the main functions of this drive. For configuring and programming the drive, the front panel of the drive is equipped with an operator interface module. The module consists of backlit supertwist LCD which can display 2 lines and 16 characters information at a time. The module has multilingual support and it can display the operating status and faults of the drive. The process display provides 2 lines of information with user text. The 1336F-BRF510-AA-EN-HCS2 supports an intermittent overload capability with both constant torque and variable torque. It can support 150% of the rated output level for 1 minute under constant torque. With variable torque, it supports 115% of the rated output level for 1 minute. Also, the current limit capability is available with a proactive current limit which can be programmed from 20 to 160% of the rated output current. It has an independent programmable integral gain.

The Allen-Bradley 1336F-BRF510-AA-EN-HCS2 drive can be programmed to function with 7 logic steps with or without using a programmable controller. The logic steps are based on time, digital input, time and digital input and encoder feedback count, or on pulse input count. During a line loss event, the drive has the ability for letting programmable selections control the timing and the method for reconnecting the motor when the power returns. The 1336F-BRF510-AA-EN-HCS2 features the Auto Economizer feature which can combine stator flux control with a routine to help the users to save energy costs. The Auto Economizer feature also monitors the drive current and compares it to the full load amps ratings which have been programmed into the drive.
