The 1336F-BRF75-AE-EN-L4 drive is a 1336 PLUS II AC drive designed and manufactured by Allen-Bradley/Rockwell Automation. The drive is set to be programmed in English and its installation and operational guidelines are also supplied in English. The 1336F-BRF75-AE-EN-L4 contains parameters that are grouped in various categories to enable easy programming. These parameters are either used for metering, setup, advanced setup, frequency settings, feature select, digital I/O, analog I/O, faults, and diagnostics. For example, metering parameters will be used to define the output current, output voltage, last fault, and the elapsed run time, setup parameters will take care of things like acceleration time 1, deceleration time 1, the overload current, and the  motor NP volts, and the feature select parameters will be used to set the slip compensation gain, reset/run tries, and the flying start.

The module includes a display and keys to increment, decrement, select, and move data forward/backward. Apart from being used to program parameters, the human-machine interface module is used to monitor and troubleshoot the drive. This is made possible because the 1336F-BRF75-AE-EN-L4 displays faults and alarms on the interface screen. Note that while some faults and alarms can be cleared directly from the 1336F-BRF75-AE-EN-L4’s human-machine interface module, others will require the users to cycle the input power to the drive after manually investigating the fault or alarm. Therefore, if the drive is installed in environments that are prone to temperatures above 40 degrees Celsius, cooling mechanisms must be provided.
