The Allen-Bradley 1336F-LA2 Analog Interface Board is an optional analog board for the Bulletin 1336 Plus II series adjustable frequency AC drives. The 1336 Plus II drives and their analog I/O options provide an additional analog interface for application control. The 1336F-LA2 Analog Interface Board provides the users with a set of analog input and output options and up to 2 option boards or cards can be installed per 1336 Plus II drive. The 1336 Plus II drives come with 2 option slots known as Slot A and Slot B and the optional analog interface boards can be installed in either Slot A or Slot B depending on the board type. All of the option board connections are made at the terminal block known as TB2 which is located under the host drive’s main control board. This terminal block makes the connections easy.
The 1336F-LA2 Analog Interface Board has jumper connectors J9 and J10 on the board surface for connection with terminal block TB2. Each of the 1336F-LA2 Analog Interface Board’s jumper connector has 4 connectors that must be connected to the terminal block for it to be active. For proper wiring at the terminal block, the minimum and maximum wire size should be between 0.39 and 2.1 millimeters (14 to22 AWG). The 1336F-LA2 Analog Interface Board offers dual isolated inputs. This option board replaces the 2 standard analog inputs with 2 galvanic isolated analog inputs. Both of the analog input channels for this board are configured for 0 to 10 Volts or 0 to 20 milliamps rated operation. The 1336F-LA2 Analog Interface Board is configured with 2 DIP switches (SW1 and SW51) that are located on the board. The first analog input is configured with SW1 DIP switch and the other input is configured with SW51 switch. The 1336F-LA2 Analog Interface Board supports multiple drive mounting configurations and it has an operating temperature range of 0 to 50 degrees Celsius.
