The Allen-Bradley 1336F-LA5 Analog Option Board Kit is an optional control interface board for the 1336 Plus II drives with all ratings. The 1336 Plus II drive series is a series of microprocessor-controlled adjustable frequency drives that are designed to meet the speed and torque control needs of most high-performance industrial applications. These drives are designed to generate PWM adjustable output frequency and output voltage for exceptional torque and speed control. The 1336 Plus II drives are rated for output power ratings from 0.37 kilowatts to 448 kilowatts and they are available in Open, NEMA Type 1, and NEMA Type 12 rated enclosures. The 1336F-LA5 Analog Option Board Kit offers input and output options which include 1 analog output, 1 pulse output, and 1 pulse input.

The Allen-Bradley 1336F-LA5 Analog Option Board Kit can be installed only in Slot B on the 1336 Plus II drives. The 1336F-LA5 Analog Option Board Kit replaces Standard Analog Input 2 in the drive with a single-ended high-resolution analog output, a single-ended analog pulse output, and a galvanic isolated 5 Volts DC pulse input. The 1336F-LA5 Analog Option Board Kit offers the users options for a single-ended, isolated analog output and 5 Volts DC pulse I/O control. The 1336F-LA5 Analog Option Board Kit’s analog output channel is configurable for 0 to 20 milliamps operation or 0 to 10 Volts DC operation. The 1336F-LA5 Analog Option Board is wired to the terminal block labeled TB2 via the J9 and J10 jumper connectors. There are on-board DIP switches (SW1 and SW51) for configuring the output and input operations. The 1336F-LA5 Analog Option Board Kit has galvanic type isolation on all its isolated I/O points. This insulation type provides an isolation rating of up to 200 Volt AC across the circuit. The 1336F-LA5 Analog Option Board’s analog output channel is designed to drive up to 3 kiloohms of load at 0 to 10 Volts DC.
