* The Allen Bradley 1336-B010-EAD-FA2-L1 has been discontinued by the manufacturer, however we specialize in obsolete parts and can likely still supply surplus and/or refurbished replacement 1336-B010-EAD-FA2-L1 units instead of migration.

The Rockwell Automation/Allen-Bradley 1336-B010-EAD-FA2-L1 is a variable frequency controller. The controller is used to drive induction motors which draw their power from a 3-phase power supply and with a Horsepower capacity not exceeding 10 Horsepower. The 1336-B010-EAD-FA2-L1 comes pre-installed with a TTL Logic Contact Closure Interface Board that has a voltage rating of +5 Volts DC. When troubleshooting the 1336-B010-EAD-FA2-L1, the speed reference should be set to the minimum, the proper motor rotation direction should be selected, and the controlled motor should be disengaged from its mechanical load. Being an adjustable frequency drive, the 1336-B010-EAD-FA2-L1 is designed with separate individual parts, thereby reducing production downtime since parts can be replaced and error correction can be done in time.

The 1336-B010-EAD-FA2-L1 allows faults to be cleared by pressing the stop or start button only when Parameter 14 and Parameter 39 are set to one. In the case where Parameter 14 is not set to one, the 1336-B010-EAD-FA2-L1 displays error code F11, which signifies a fault code loop. The variable frequency controller, as with other 1336 drives, is programmed to prevent the drive from responding to unintentional start commands. When quitting programming or after a power-on reset fault has occurred, the stop input to the drive has to be set to “false” then to “true” to restart the drive. The 1336-B010-EAD-FA2-L1 will undergo an error if these steps are not followed. Note that a stop input can be any signal directed to the drive with the aim of stopping the drive. The allowed stop signals are the stop pushbutton on the local control panel and the stop input wired to the TB3 at Terminal 20.
