The Allen-Bradley SP-133863 PCB Regulation Relay Kit is a regulator relay board replacement kit for the Allen-Bradley 1336 drives. The Allen-Bradley Bulletin 1336 drives is a series of drives designed for a wide range of motor applications. The SP-133863 PCB Regulation Relay Kit is used with the 115 Volts AC rated Bulletin 1336 drives with updated printed circuit boards (PCBs). The standard Bulletin 1336 drives have several input and output terminals that are removable and that can be used to configure the drive’s functions. The relay board also has a built-in step-down transformer which provides the power supply board with 36 Volts AC power that can be used to power the relay status LEDs and the “zero speed” circuit.
To replace or install the SP-133863 PCB Regulation Relay Kit safely, check and recheck that all power sources have been turned off. Locate and remove the old regulation relay board in the 1336 drive’s card rack by loosening the captive screws (there are 18 captive screws) holding the old relay board to the rack. Slide the old relay board out of the rack. Slide the replacement SP-133863 PCB Regulation Relay Board into its place in the rack and fasten it in place with the 18 captive screws. The SP-133863 PCB Regulation Relay Board is rated for 115 Volts AC voltage and it has an operating current rating of 15 milliamps. The SP-133863 PCB Regulation Relay Kit supports standard factory enclosures and it has an operating ambient temperature range of 0 to 40 degrees Celsius and a storage temperature range of -40 to 85 degrees Celsius.
