About SP-135254
The Allen-Bradley SP-135254 Precharge Assembly Board Kit is a precharge board assembly replacement kit for the Allen-Bradley Bulletin 1336 Adjustable Frequency AC drives. The Allen-Bradley 1336 adjustable frequency AC drives are a family of microprocessor-controlled, high-performance, AC drives designed to control 3-phase induction motors on a long list of critical industrial applications. The drives in this series are designed to produce 3-phase Pulse Width Modulation (PWM) and they have adjustable frequency output to supply adjustable motor speed. The Bulletin 1336 drive series also features digital programming for precise and repeatedly accurate control, setup, and operation. The SP-135254 Precharge Assembly Board Kit serves as a replacement part for the 1336 Drives with B100 ratings. This drive category consists of drives with ratings of 380 Volts AC, 415 Volts AC, and 480 Volts AC, and with output ratings of 100 Horsepower, 150 Amps output current, and 120 Kilo-Volt-Amps (KVA).
The SP-135254 Precharge Assembly Board is located just above the base driver/power supply board on the base drive mounting plate assembly. The tools required for the correct installation of this part include a #2 Phillip screwdriver, a medium flat blade screwdriver, and some medium-sized needle-nose pliers. To install the SP-135254 Precharge Assembly Board Kit, first, remove power from the drive. Unplug the connectors J6, J7, and E1 from the main control board. Unplug every other connector on the old precharge board. Remove the screws that hold the old precharge board to the mounting plate assembly. Remove the old precharge board from the mounting plate assembly, replace it with the new board from the SP-135254 Precharge Assembly Board Kit, and screw the new board securely into place and reconnect all of the connections.
