The Allen-Bradley SP-151136 Base Driver/Power Supply Printed Circuit Board Kit is a base drive power supply board kit that is made for the Allen-Bradley 1336 series constant torque drives. The SP-151136 Printed Circuit Board Kit belongs to the wide-ranging 1336 classic accessories product line. The SP-151136 Printed Circuit Board Kit serves as a replacement PCB base driver board for 1336 drives with a “B020” rating code. It has operating voltage ratings from 380 Volts AC to 460 Volts AC and a maximum output current rating of 25 Amps. This board has an output power rating of 20 Kilo Volt-Amps (KVA) at 380 Volts AC and 26 Kilo Volt-Amps at 460 Volts AC. It has 10 jumper connectors labeled J1 through J10 connected to the main control board and gate driver board.
The Allen-Bradley 1336 series SP-151136 Base Driver/Power Supply Printed Circuit Board Kit also has an onboard current transformer (T2). The SP-151136 Base Driver Board is located beside the main control mounting plate of the host 1336 drive. It is recommended that a test be carried out on the board every time a transistor module is replaced. The operators can easily test the board for the optimum conditions by using a test meter set in the diode mode. The SP-151136 Printed Circuit Board Kit supports all of the possible 1336 classic drive installations. It can be used with drives with enclosure ratings from IP 00 (the NEMA Open Type) to NEMA Type 12.
