The Allen-Bradley SP-151137 Base Driver Power Supply Circuit Board Kit is a replacement circuit board for the 1336 series constant torque adjustable frequency drives. This replacement part is designed for repairing or upgrading the Allen-Bradley Bulletin 1336 adjustable frequency drives, and it belongs to the 1336 drive accessory family. The SP-151137 Circuit Board Kit is designed for drives with a voltage rating from 380 Volts AC to 460 Volts AC. This base driver board is used as a replacement for the B025 drives in the 1336 line. These drives have a nominal current output rating of 41 Amps and a maximum output power rating of 33 KVA at 460 Volts AC. The SP-151137 Circuit Board Kit has an under-voltage trip protection rating of 388 Volts DC. Every 1336 classic drive’s PCB base driver board has a microprocessor chip embedded on its surface.

The Allen-Bradley 1336 SP-151137 Circuit Board Kit has a U21 microchip embedded on its surface. The SP-151137 Circuit Board Kit is supplied with fastening screws and installation instructions. It has 10 jumper connectors (marked from J1 through J10) and a transformer device It is installed on the drive’s main control mounting plate. The installation and removal can both be done easily. To remove a damaged base driver board and replace it, remove power from the drive first to avoid electric shock. Check the +DC and -DC terminals of the TB1 terminal block for zero voltage. Gently remove the drive’s main control mounting plate and detach the base driver power supply board. Replace with a new board and perform the steps for the removal of the old board in the reverse order.
