The SP-151141 Base Driver/Power Supply Board Kit is a replacement base drive power supply board from the Allen-Bradley 1336 classic drives accessory family. This replacement kit is supplied as a factory-assembled package with fastening screws, installation sheets, and 1 base PCB driver power supply board. The SP-15114 Board Kit is designed as a replacement accessory for the 1336 drives. It can be used specifically with the “B075” 1336 drives with ratings from 608 Volts AC to 460 Volts AC. The SP-151141 Board Kit is suitable for drives with 120 Amps of output current rating, 96 Kilo Volt-Amps of output at 380 Volts AC, and 96 Kilo Volt-Amps of output at 460 Volts AC. The SP-151141 Power Supply Board Kit has jumper connectors labeled J1 through J10 on its surface.

The Allen-Bradley 1336 classic drives SP-151141 Base Driver/Power Supply Board Kit is located under the main control mounting plate of the host 1336 drive. It is recommended to test the base driver power supply board in the drive whenever 1 or more transistor modules are changed in the drive. Testing the SP-151141 Base Driver Board is simple and straightforward. First, remove the power from the drive and wait for the Bus indicator light to go off. Check for zero Volts on both terminals of the terminal block (TB1). Remove the main control mounting plate. Detach the jumper connectors J2 through J5, J9, and J10. Set the testing meter to the diode test setting and test VR2 through VR7 on the SP-151141 Base Driver/Power Supply Board.
