The Allen-Bradley SP-151142 Base Driver/Power Supply Printed Circuit Board Kit serves as a replacement for the base driver/power supply boards (with printed circuit boards) of the Allen-Bradley Bulletin 1336 classic adjustable frequency drives. The SP-151141 Printed Circuit Board Kit belongs to the 1336 accessory family. The Bulletin 1336 class drives are a line of general-purpose high-performance drives designed to control 3-phase induction motors in a wide range of industrial applications. They feature microprocessor control and digital programming for high-performance, precise, and repeatedly accurate operation, control, and setup processes. The 1336 drives produce a 3-phase PWM adjustable output frequency for control of motor speed. The output voltage (adjustable from 0 to the rated motor voltage) is a function of the output frequency, which can be adjusted to meet motor parameters. The SP-151142 Printed Circuit Board Kit comes as an accessory package with one PCB/power supply board, 4 installation screws, and an installation manual.

The SP-151142 Printed Circuit Board Kit is compatible with 1336 drives with the B100 rating code (380 to 4650 Volts AC operating voltage, 150 Amps maximum output current, and 120 Kilo Volt-Amps (KVA) maximum output power at 460 Volts AC). The SP-151142 Printed Circuit Board Kit resides just underneath the drive’s main control mounting plate. It has 10 jumper connectors labeled from J1 through J10 and an on-board transformer (the T2). The SP-151142 Printed Circuit Board Kit also has a microprocessor chip (the U21) on its surface. The removal and installation processes of the SP-151142 Printed Circuit Board Kit are easy and fast. To remove a damaged SP-151142 Printed Circuit Board Kit, turn off the drive power. Check both the -DC and +DC terminals of terminal block 1 (TB1) for zero voltage. Detach the main control mounting board from the drive’s chassis and unscrew the bolts fastening the base driver board to the mounting plate. Replace the damaged SP-151142 Printed Circuit Board Kit with a new one and follow the removal steps in the reverse order.
