The 1395-A64-C1-P11 digital DC drive is a regenerative, microprocessor-based DC drive from Allen- Bradley. It has an input voltage of 230 Volts AC, an input frequency of 50 to 60 Hertz, a Horsepower output rating of 3 Horsepower, and an ambient operating temperature range of 0 to 55 degrees Celsius. The 1395-A64-C1-P11 DC drive comes with a standard type of contactor with 1 to 15 Horsepower output ratings. Its optional Port A adapter has a 24 Volts DC discrete adapter. Standard features of the drive include a DC contactor, a fused AC input, and field regulation over a 6 to 1 speed range. The main motor contactor has a normally closed DB contact.

The 1395-A64-C1-P11 DC drive is a motor speed control system which provides voltage to the motor to operate at the desired speed. Its microprocessor-based digital implementation offers flexibility for precise control, self-tuning, and interaction with other control devices such as PLCs and host computers. To produce the variable voltage from a fixed AC supply, its power convention unit has an SCR bridge. It has 3 fast-acting standard semiconductor fuses. The feedback board of this drive provides scaling and it transfers feedback signals coming from the power bridge devices to the main control board or power stage interfaces. The coil voltage of the main DC contactor originates at an external 115 Volts AC source. Both the handheld and door-mounted programming terminal interfaces of 1395-A64-C1-P11 DC drive have a keypad to perform different functions. Port A of the microbus interface can be used to connect a discrete adapter board directly to the main control board. Some of the common applications of these drives include conveyor belts, cranes, extruders, and mixer applications.
