* The Allen Bradley 1395-A65-D1-P11-P50 has been discontinued by the manufacturer, however we specialize in obsolete parts and can likely still supply surplus and/or refurbished replacement 1395-A65-D1-P11-P50 units instead of migration.

The 1395-A65-D1-P11-P50 digital DC drive is an Allen-Bradley regenerative and microprocessor-based DC drive manufactured by Allen-Bradley/Rockwell Automation. It has 230 Volts AC of input voltage, 50 to 60 Hertz of input frequency, and 5 Horsepower of output power. It consists of a dynamic braking type of contactor with 1 to 15 Horsepower of output. The 1395-A65-D1-P11-P50 digital DC drive comes with an optional 24 Volts DC discrete adapter for Port A and a node adapter for Port B. Its ambient operating temperature range is 0 to 55 degrees Celsius.

This drive has an auto-tune function that allows users to tune the current and velocity loops with a minimum amount of time and effort. The armature pulse/field pulse transformer and snubber board isolate the power bridge circuitry from the control circuitry. These boards are mounted on the armature power bridge busbar. The digital outputs of the discrete adapter board are preconfigured for the drive, running, and zero speed signals. The 1395-A65-D1-P11-P50 digital DC drive has 4 preprogrammed 12-bit analog to digital inputs and they are preconfigured for velocity reference, tach velocity, and trim reference signals. There is the flexibility to reconfigure the inputs and output for other signals as needed. Since this drive contains ESD-sensitive parts, static control precautions are required when installing, testing, servicing, or repairing this assembly. A closed-circuit heat exchanger may be required when the drive is in an enclosed cabinet.
