* The Allen Bradley 1395-A65-D1-P12-P50 has been discontinued by the manufacturer, however we specialize in obsolete parts and can likely still supply surplus and/or refurbished replacement 1395-A65-D1-P12-P50 units instead of migration.

The Allen-Bradley 1395-A65-D1-P12-P50 digital DC drive comes with 230 Volts AC input voltage, 50to 60 Hertz of input frequency, 5 Horsepower of output, and a dynamic braking type of contactor. It is a regenerative, microprocessor-based DC drive with an ambient operating temperature range of 0 to 55 degrees Celsius. The 1395-A65-D1-P12-P50 DC drive has an optional digital reference adapter for Port A and a node adapter for Port B. The node adapter board provides an interface between external devices and the 1395 drive while allowing the drive to be controlled by using Allen-Bradley PLC3 or PLC5 series devices.

The 1395-A65-D1-P12-P50 DC drive has surge suppressors to protect the armature power bridge and field power bridge from high voltage line spikes and surges on the incoming AC line. It has a power stage interface that provides an interface between the main control board and the power bridge board. There is a 60-line microprocessor bus to transfer data between the device and the adapter board. The power stage interface provides DC control power and 3-phase line synchronization signals to the main control board. The digital reference adapter board of the drive has a digital reference input to produce a reference command for the drive. Some of the characteristics of this 1395-A65-D1-P12-P50 DC drive include a cost-effective design for medium and high-power applications, a wide speed range, and a compact size. The users have the responsibility to select the proper enclosure type for the drive.
