The 1395-A71-D2-P10-X1 drive is a 30 Horsepower solid-state DC drive. It belongs to the 1395 series of drives from Allen-Bradley. The 1395-A71-D2-P10-X1 drive is a regenerative drive which operates at a line voltage of 230 Volts AC, which supports 3-phase input, and which supports line frequencies in the 47 to 63 Hertz range. Included on the drive is one discrete adapter board which connects to Port A on the main board of the drive and provides four 115 Volts AC digital inputs, 2 digital outputs, 4 preprogrammed analog inputs, and 4 preprogrammed analog outputs. The digital inputs are used to control the drive from external sources such as switches and pushbuttons. The digital outputs provide a means for signaling different drive operating states. Dynamic braking support is available on the 1395-A71-D2-P10-X1 drive with 20 to 30 Horsepower output ratings. Auxiliary contacts (1 normally open and 1 normally closed) are also provided on the drive.

The output voltage rating of the 1395-A71-D2-P10-X1 drive is 240 Volts DC. The control features available on the drive include drive overload protection, feedback loss switchover, and PI control for the torque or speed. A programming terminal or a remote terminal can be used for configuring the drive. Multiple communication adapter modules are available for the 1395-A71-D2-P10-X1 drive, including the serial, DH+, ControlNet, and Remote I/O adapter modules. The 1395-A71-D2-P10-X1 drive is certified by the UL and CSA standards.
