The Allen-Bradley 1395-B65-D1-PZ is a drive with a high-horsepower SCR (silicon-controlled rectifier) bridge that comes in a Bulletin 2361 CENTERLINE™ motor control center. It supplies DC power for high-horsepower applications. The 1395-B65-D1-PZ comes with a high AIC instantaneous trip circuit breaker or line fuses for the AC input, armature cell fuses, and a DC output contactor. It can be regenerative (1250, 1650, and 3000A) or non-regenerative (1250 and 1650A units only). The 1395-B65-D1-PZ has digital control feature for current, velocity, and configuration. It also has a six-pulse, full-wave rectified armature converter. This 1395-B65-D1-PZ drive has programmable functions which include independent acceleration/deceleration adjustments, preset speeds, current limits, tapered current limits, tach loss recovery, and a system reset function. It comes with an auto-tuning feature for velocity loop, current loop, and field flux table functions. The 1395-B65-D1-PZ has protective features such as instantaneous overcurrent, motor overload, feedback loss, field loss, and field economy. This drive also has a 6:1 constant horsepower range as well as 43A single-phase field regulator.

The 1395-B65-D1-PZ drive has a controller current output of 150% for up to one minute, 200% for up to 10 seconds, and 260% for up to 5 seconds. Its ambient operating temperature is 0° - 55°C (32° – 130° F). Its acceleration/deceleration rate is 0.1 to 6554 seconds and independently programmable. The encoder speed is 0.01% of the set speed (over a 10:1 speed range) and 0.001% of the top speed (over a 100:1 speed range). The 1395-B65-D1-PZ comes with ‘start/running’ and ‘clear fault/drive faulted’ illuminated pushbuttons mounted on its door. Other features include a 115V AC discrete adapter board, a 24V DC discrete adapter board, a node adapter board, and a multi-communication adapter board.
