* The Allen Bradley 1395-B66-C1-P12 has been discontinued by the manufacturer, however we specialize in obsolete parts and can likely still supply surplus and/or refurbished replacement 1395-B66-C1-P12 units instead of migration.
The 1395-B66-C1-P12 drive is a microprocessor-based 1395 digital drive manufactured by Allen-Bradley. It is a regenerative drive and it has a power rating of 7.5 Horsepower. A standard contactor with a 30 Horsepower rating is also present in the drive. In Port A of the drive, a digital reference adapter is equipped. The reference adapter board is connected to the Microbus Port A with wiring to external devices at terminals 23 to 62 of TB3 (Terminal Block 3). It contains 1 digital reference command for the drive. It is set up by using encoder input signals. It has a 500 Volts DC output voltage. The 1395-B66-C1-P12 drive is equipped with a zero potential bus that controls internal signals to the drive. The digital drive should be properly grounded during the installation process. It helps to limit the dangerous voltage on the exposed parts of the drive, to protect the drive from overcurrent, and to provide electrical interference suppression.
The 1395-B66-C1-P12 drive uses a shielded type of cable with a minimum conductor size of 24 AWG. The drive is cooled by using the convection method. To maintain proper cooling, the drive must be mounted in a vertical position with the fuses in the upper right-hand corner. The maximum inlet air temperature should not exceed 55 degrees Celsius. The humidity must remain between 5 and 95%, non-condensing. The drive can be operated at an elevation of 1000 meters above the sea level without any reduction in its performance. The 1395-B66-C1-P12 drive comes with a Field PI control feature. The 1395 drive uses 4Â trend buffers which can be configured to monitor different parameters of the process.
