The 1395-B67-C1-PZ driveĀ is aĀ 1395 digital drive designed by Allen-Bradley. The drive is primarily used for diagnostic purposes. It can sense malfunctioning and alert the operators. Based on the information from the drive, quick decisions can be taken to improve machine efficiency and productivity. The voltage rating of the drive is 460 Volts AC, and it comes with a power rating of 10 Horsepower. The drive is also equipped with a standard contactor with a rating of 30 Horsepower. No additional adapter is present in this drive variant. The output voltage rating of the 1395-B67-C1-PZ drive is 500 Volts DC. A backlit LED display-enabled programming terminal is present in the drive. This terminal is also used as a human-machine interface module to bridge the communication between the operators and the drive. A microbus is present in the drive for the exchange of digital communication data.

The 1395-B67-C1-PZ drive is a microprocessor-based drive. The drive is equipped with a DC bus snubber, a gate drive PCB (printed circuit board),Ā and DC current sensing devices. A switcher board is present in the drive which is used to distribute DC logic power to the main control board. It also provides a 3-phase line synchronization signal to the main control board. The 1395-B67-C1-PZ drive is equipped with a digital reference adapter board that connects directly to the main control board of the microbus interface. A ControlNet adapter board is also present in the drive to interface with the Allen-Bradley PLC controller. The installation environment should have a temperature range between 0 and 55 degrees Celsius for normal operation.
