* The Allen Bradley 1395-B68N-C1-P10-P51 has been discontinued by the manufacturer, however we specialize in obsolete parts and can likely still supply surplus and/or refurbished replacement 1395-B68N-C1-P10-P51 units instead of migration.

The Allen-Bradley 1395-B68N-C1-P10-P51 digital DC drive is a non-regenerative motor speed control system that is used for those applications where state-of-the-art AC motors have not replaced DC motors. The nominal Horsepower rating of this driveĀ is 15 Horsepower. It comes equipped with a 115 Volts AC rated discrete adapter board that is directly connected to Port A of the drive’s microbus interface in order to enable external control of the Allen-Bradley 1395-B68N-C1-P10-P51 drive by common electrical elements such as relays, pushbuttons, and safety switches.Ā In addition, the Allen-Bradley 1395-B68N-C1-P10-P51 digital DC drive can be integrated as part of an application’s control algorithm thanks to the multi-communication adapter that is attached to Port B of the microbus interface that isĀ designed for establishing advanced, real-time communications with Allen-Bradley PLC controllers.

External inputs to the Allen-Bradley 1395-B68N-C1-P10-P51 drive are madeĀ to be employed for the following functions: the STOP, JOG, START, and CLEAR FAULT functions. The device comes with a standard (C1) 2 to 30 HorsepowerĀ contactor that isĀ capable of supplying the necessary current from the armature bridge of the drive to any motor in its Horsepower range. It can be supplied with a 3-phase, 150 toĀ 460 Volts AC voltage range and the output voltage will vary between 240 Volts DC (for a 230 Volts AC input), 400 Volts DC (for a 380 to 415 Volts AC input), and 500 Volts DC (for a 460 Volts AC input). Some additional accessories for motor speed regulation include encoder drive modules andĀ DC tachometers. It is necessary to install the 1395-B68N-C1-P10-P51 drive in a protected enclosure, because of its open type of construction that provides a very low level of environmental protection.
