The Allen-Bradley 1395-B74-C2-P10-P51 Digital DC drive is a microprocessor-based DC digital driver with a 115V AC discrete adapter board option and Multi-Adapter a communication Adapter port option. It is used for the speed and direction control of a wide range of industrial applications. The 1395-B74-C2-P10-P51 is a 460V AC Regenerative DC drive, with a 40 to 60HP standard contactor, and an operational power of 60HP. It also has an input voltage range of 150 to 460V AC with +/– 10% input tolerance at 50/60Hz, and it has an output voltage of 500V DC. The 1395-B74-C2-P10-P51 has an output power range of 2 to 600HP, with a selectable field output voltage of 240 to 300V DC, and a field output current of 10A. The 1395-B74-C2-P10-P51 has a 6:1 speed range control with a 10:1 speed range encoder, and it has a programmable operational control.





The drive offers a 150% boost of output current for 1 minute, 200% for 10s, and 260% for 5s, and it also offers users, programmable motor overload protection. It provides motor feedback via an incremental, dual-channel encoder, and it offers digital control for configuration, velocity, and current. The 1395-B74-C2-P10-P51 has a Discrete Adapter Board Option Port A, with 4 115V AC inputs preconfigured for STOP, JOG, START, and CLEAR FAULT signals, and it also has 2 discrete digital outputs which allow the drive to signal various operating states. The drive’s discrete adapter board also allows for the conversion of +/– 10VDC anlalog signals to digital signals, and a -+1024 digital signal to -+10V DC analog signal via it analog inputs and outputs. The 1395-B74-C2-P10-P51 also has a Multi-communication Port B which allows for easy interface to any Allen-Bradley PLC controller on the serial communication link, and also to other devices capable of a serial communication link.  The 1395-B74-C2-P10-P51 has an operating temperature range between 0 and 55°C (32 and 130°F) without de-rating, at a non-condensing relative humidity range of 5-95%. It can be installed at a maximum operating altitude of 1000m.
