|

The Allen-Bradley 1397-B400R-L11-HA2 DC drive is a regenerative version of the 1397 DC drive motor speed control system that can be supplied with a 460 Volts AC voltage, that has a Horsepower rating of 400 Horsepower (298 kW) and additional features such as the I/O expansion cord and the built-in programmer/controller with a digital pot. Designed for applications where motors start and stop at frequent intervals, the Allen-Bradley 1397-B400R-L11-HA2 DC drive can recover the regenerated voltages that are normally wasted as heat by non-regenerative drives.

* The Allen Bradley 1397-B400R-L11-HA2 has been discontinued by the manufacturer, however we specialize in obsolete parts and can likely still supply surplus and/or refurbished replacement 1397-B400R-L11-HA2 units instead of migration.

The Allen-Bradley 1397-B400R-L11-HA2 DC drive is a regenerative version of the 1397 DC drive motor speed control system that can be supplied with 460 Volts AC of voltage, that has a Horsepower rating of 400 Horsepower (298 kW), and that has additional features such as the I/O expansion cord and the built-in programmer/controller with a digital pot. The additional I/O expansion cord comes pre-installed directly on the 1397 chassis and it offers complimentary analog, frequency and digital inputs and outputs that enable the Allen-Bradley 1397-B400R-L11-HA2 DC drive to act as an all-around process controller for demanding applications. The built-in programmer/controller with a digital pot is also a factory feature for the 1397-B400R-L11-HA2 DC drive that gives the operators a simple process for parameter configuration.

Designed for applications where motors start and stop at frequent intervals, the Allen-Bradley 1397-B400R-L11-HA2 DC drive can recover the regenerated voltages that are normally wasted as heat by non-regenerative drives. Electrical machines such as elevators, cranes, hoists, or downhill conveyors, with their constant accelerating and decelerating are some examples of applications where using regenerative drives to collect surplus voltages and delivering them back to the AC utility line saves energy and reduces operating, inventory, and energy expenses. Another reason that this DC drive is popular among industrial machine operators and maintenance technicians is the built-in keypad. The Allen Bradley 1397-B400R-L11-HA2 DC drive's keypad offers local control capabilities in addition to the remote management options that are accessible through the terminal connections at the regulator board's terminal strip.
