The 1397-FS3010 enhanced field supply card is a crucial component in the Allen Bradley 1397 drives series. This card supports operational voltages of 230 V and 460 V DC, allowing a broad range of applications. With an amp rating of 10 A, this field supply card is engineered for reliability under typical operational conditions.

To ensure the protection of these drives, the field supply card is equipped with three positions for UL Class CC fuses rated at 25 A and 600 V. The specific fuse positions are marked as 6FU, 7FU, and 8FU. This design facilitates easy integration and replacement.

For efficient power distribution, the bus bar fasteners are available in sizes of 1/4" for 250 A disconnects and 3/8" for 400 A disconnects. The required torque specifications ensure tight and secure connections: 7.46 N·m (66 lb-in) for the 1/4" fasteners and 26.66 N·m (236 lb-in) for the 3/8" fasteners.

Terminal torque requirements are also specified, with a need for 48 lb-in for 0 GA connections and 35 lb-in for connections using wire sizes ranging from 14 to 10 GA. The card features five total fast-on connectors to accommodate various wiring configurations.

Finally, there are two field supply connectors: P4, designed for drives in the 1.5–30 HP range at 230 V and the 3–60 HP range at 460 V, and S4, which supports higher horsepower applications from 40 to 150 HP at 230 V and 75 to 600 HP at 460 V.
