The Allen-Bradley 825-MGB module is a basic Allen-Bradley Bulletin 825 series smart motor manager module. It is used to manage and protect an industrial motor that runs on 3-phase voltage. The 825-MGB smart motor manager module has an AC voltage rating of 440 Volts AC. It can be controlled with a small keypad and a small LCD screen. The Allen-Bradley 825-MGB smart motor manager has a line frequency of 50-60 Hz. Its supply voltage is 440V AC, its vibration resistance is 3 g at 10-150 Hz, and its shock resistance is 30 g for 18 ms at ½ sine. It has an operating temperature of 23-140 oF, as well as a non-operating and transportation temperature of -40-140 oF.

The 825-MGB motor manager is equipped with a keypad input, a single-line LCD that can display 2 alternate lines of text, and an LED fault indicator that indicates whether a trip or fault has happened. It has a main relay and an alarm relay, as well as an expansion slot for remote I/O, Modbus, and DeviceNet network connections. Its enclosure rating is the NEMA Type 4, IP65 and it uses a two-body simulation.
