The 825-MLV board serves as a critical element in the Allen Bradley 825 Smart Motor Managers series. This printed circuit board is designed to operate efficiently with the 825 Bulletin for effective motor management. It supports essential functionality, such as phase reversal and phase loss trip parameters, enabling the safe operation of connected motors. Moreover, the PCB also accommodates a star delta starting feature, which is beneficial in starting larger motors smoothly.

For protective measures, the module supports one relay per function, ensuring that operations are managed correctly and safely. Additionally, it includes the capability for phase sequence protection and phase failure protection to secure the motor supply against critical faults. The design enables usage in mobile installation applications while still being compatible with basic unit housings, providing flexibility in various configurations. In terms of thermal limits, the 825-MLV operates effectively within a temperature range from -5 to 60 degrees Celsius. For storage conditions, it can withstand temperatures down to -40 degrees Celsius up to 60 degrees Celsius. Transportation is also catered for with a higher limit of -40 to 85 degrees Celsius, ensuring robust performance during handling and transit.
