The Allen-Bradley 4100-214-RAL is an IMC S Class integrated motion controller that belongs to the Bulletin 4100 product series. This is a panel-mounted servo controller that operates at input supply voltages of 90-132 VAC / 175-264 VAC along with an input frequency of 47-63 Hz and input current of 5 Amperes. The 4100-214-RAL is provided Two (2) optically isolated serial ports selectable as RS232 / RS422 for implementing point-to-point and multi-drop communication and Two (2) Remote I/O channels for communication with RIO adapter modules. Supported baud rates of the serial interfaces include a maximum of 19.2k baud for RS232 and up to 128k baud for RS422. Remote I/O interface supports standard Remote I/O transmission rate and uses the Belden 9463 or Allen-Bradley’s 1770-CD cable as physical media. The RIO particularly supports the 1794-ASB as well as Flex I/O modules such as 1794-1B16, 1794-IA8, 1794-IE8, 1794-OA8, 1794-OB16, 1794-IE4XOE2, 1794-IB10XOB6, 1794-OW8, 1794-IF41, and 1794-OB16P. It has Five (5) Terminal strips located at the bottom of the controller used for interfacing devices.
