The Allen-Bradley 2094-AC05-M01-S is a 200 to 230 Volt AC integrated axis module with three-phase input power, and 3 kW converter and 9 A inverter section. It features the safe torque-off functionality designed to improve machine operating efficiency while minimizing downtime, and reducing energy and production waste. The STO prevents drive restarts when safety circuit is tripped by disabling the drive output, resulting in the removal of motor torque without entirely removing power from the machine. This built-in feature is certified at ISO 13849-1 PLe/SIL3, requiring an external safety relay to meet the EN954-1, Category 3 standard.

The 2094-AC05-M01-S IAM Servo Drive has an AC input voltage of 195 to 264 Volts RMS, with a frequency of 47 to 63 Hertz. Its main AC input current ranges from a nominal 10 A (RMS) to a maximum inrush of 19 A (0-pk). On common-bus follower, the DC input voltage runs 275 to 375 Volts DC with a DC input current of 10 A. It has a 325 Volts DC nominal bus output voltage and 20-millisecond line loss ride through. Its bus overvoltage is rated at 415 Volts DC and undervoltage at 138 Volts DC. This CE-compliant product is a part of the Kinetix 6000 Multi-axis Servo Drives family and is UL-listed to U.S. and Canadian safety standards. It also features motor overload protection and advanced control capabilities for greater throughput and precision.

The 2094-AC05-M01-S Integrated Axis Module should be installed in the leftmost-position slot of the power rail. Never mount this after a shunt module as this type of drive disables external, internal, and rail mounted shunt modules.
