The 2094-AL75S module is a line interface module manufactured by Allen-Bradley/Rockwell Automation as part of the Bulletin 2094 Kinetix 6000 product line. This module has an input voltage of 230 Volts and a current rating of 75 Amps. The 2094-AL75S line interface module has an auxiliary power output of 230 Volts AC as well as user-configurable branch-circuit protection, which is a feature designed to provide connectivity options. The module features a power output of 24 Volts DC with a 20 Amps current capacity. The module has branch circuit protection, and it disconnects when it is used with the variable depth rotary mechanism. Other specifications of this module include the power for several Bulletin 2094 or 2093 power rails. The 2094-AL75S module has an internal line filter rating of 24 Volts DC, an internal control line filter of 230 Volts AC, and a customer supplied external 3-phase line filter.

The Allen-Bradley 2094-AL75S module and all of the Bulletin 2094 line interface modules (LIMs) are specially designed and intended to replace the numerous common input power devices that are usually needed for the servo drive system. Through the use of a line interface module, the operators can save the panel space and decrease the volume of wiring that is needed compared to single modules that have to be mounted separately. When the 2094-AL75S line interface module is used in the drive system and correctly mounted to the right side of the drive with an AC (EMC) line filter also mounted behind the line interface module (LIM), it helps to establish the noise zones. Before mounting the line interface module, the users must make sure that they understand the mounting requirements and establish the proper noise zones.
