The Allen-Bradley 2094-AM03-S is a Kinetix 6000 Drive system component. This module is specifically an axis module that is used to provide direct connection to motors and provide axis control.

The 2094-AM03-S features an integrated Safe Torque-Off functionality. This feature refers to the forcing of Power transistors and control signals to disabled state. This functionality has sufficiently low probability of failure. When the power transistors and control signals are disabled, each of the drive’s output power transistors are released from On-state. This results to drive coasting to stop. Additionally, the 2094-AM03-S compliant with Category 3 Requirements According to EN ISO 13849-1. The product does not loss safety functionality when a single fault is detected however, accumulation of undetected faults may do so.
