The 2094-BC04-M03 is a component module of the Kinetix 6000 Multi-axis servo drive family. This product is specifically a Integrated Axis Module (IAM) that delivers continuous output power to bus of 27.6 kW; peak output power 55.2 kW for series A and 69 kW for Series B, C and D drives. It has a Continuous output current to bus of 41.5 A, Peak output current to bus of 83.1 A for Series A and 103.8 A for Series B, C and D.

This module requires Two (2) input voltages. For the drive module, the AC input voltage range is 324-528V rms, three-phase with nominal range of 360-480VAC while for the control circuitry, the input voltage requirement is 95-264Vrms, single-phase with nominal range of 110-240V rms.

This Integrated Axis Module (IAM) has a power dissipation range of 94 Watts @ 20%; 130 Watts @ 40%; 169 Watts @ 60%; 211 Watts @ 80 % and 255 Watts @ 100% utilization. Taking into consideration the power dissipation, the 2094-BC04-M03 must be properly mounted by following the required minimum spacing requirements or mounting clearances. For the 2094-BC04-M03, the top and bottom shall be left with 50.8 mm or 2-inch space to allow natural cooling and provide adequate workspace for maintenance and troubleshooting. Additionally, this IAM must be mounted in upright position only in an industrial enclosure with minimum depth of 272 mm or 10.7 in. For electrical noise reduction, this module may be bonded to the panel by means of a subpanel that is made of zinc plated or paint free steel.

This servo drive module is available with 400 Volts AC input power and it has an inverter and converter section. This IAM (Integrated Axis Module) requires one control module to be installed with it. The unit is also capable of applying both the SERCOS interface and of being connected to the EtherNet/IP networks. The Allen-Bradley 2094-BC04-M03 is supplied with 360 to 480 Volts AC voltage, 3-phase operating power, and 50 to 60 Hertz frequency. Its input current is 44 Amps. There is also a DC link input rated at 650 Volts DC (41.5 Amps). The module can receive digital control inputs rated at 220 Volts AC (1 phase, at 50 to 60 Hertz). At the output side of the module is where MP-series rotary motors are usually connected. The speed of these motors is regulated over the output voltage which can vary between 0 and 480 Volts AC RMS and over the frequency which is generated between 0 and 800 Hertz. The device is equipped with digital outputs rated at 220 Volts AC. On the DC BUS output, the voltage is generated at up to 650 Volts DC. Its power ratings are 28 kW and 30 Amps. The 2094-BC04-M03 features safety functions that are used to guard production areas while operation carries on under limited conditions. The product is c-UL-us listed.
