The Allen Bradley 22A-B2P3H204 PowerFlex 4 drive provides closed-loop control and category 3 Safe-off in more cost-effective as well as compact design. This device is available in power ratings from 0.4 to 11 kW (0.5 to 15 HP) and in voltage classes of 240, 480 and 600 volts, designed to meet global OEM and end-user demands for flexibility. The 22A-B2P3H204 is also known and sought out for ease of use and space-saving capacity. This drive is an ideal solution for the speed control of applications such as diverters, smart conveyors, packaging machines, palletizers, drafting machines, ring spinning machines and synthetic fiber spinning machines.

When installing the 22A-B2P3H204, the zero stacking method is applicable only in ambient temperatures of up to 40 degrees Celsius; this will save valuable panel space.

This three-phase drive has an input power of 200 to 240 Volts AC; its Display is an LED type Light-Emitting Diode, and the module itself has a keypad.

This device does not provide branch short circuit protection; it must be installed either with input fuses or an input circuit breaker. An RJ45 port is provided on this module to allow the connection of other single peripheral devices. A splitter cable can be utilized to connect a second DSI peripheral device to the drive which allows the unit to be used with a more powerful speed control, even in a compact atmosphere.
