The 22B-A5P0N114 module is a product of the Allen-Bradley Single-Phase Drive series. It provides performance-enhancing motor control in a convenient compact package to the users. Enclosed in an IP20, NEMA/UL open enclosure for a Panel Mount, this drive requires 5 A to operate.  It has a product line of Powerflex 40 and uses 1 Horsepower. With sensorless vector control feature, this 22B-A5P0N114 drive regulates the low-speed torque need, and its flexible enclosure options make it easy to install and configure. Designed by keeping the application flexibility and robust performance in mind, this drive offers ease of use, space savings, and optimum performance. This module makes a cost-effective solution for any speed control need. It also features drive overload protection, flying start and ramp regulation options. The StepLogic that is incorporated in the drive allows operation as a free position controller. To prevent debris from falling through the vents during installation, the panel needs to be installed properly.

The MOVs connected to ground must be disconnected in case of the ungrounded distribution system to prevent drive damage. For reflected wave protection, the 22B-A5P0N114 unit must be installed as close to the motor as possible. The control input signals regulate the operation of the motor. An auxiliary contact can be used to disable the drive control run commands when it is required to disconnect power to the motor. The LCD keypad or remote keypad is used for configuration and programming of the drive. It also incorporates input fuses, circuit breaker and bypass as power options.  In addition, this module comes with an RS-485 communication feature and an internal CE Compliant Filter along with 1 phase.
