The Allen-Bradley 22B-A8P0N114 Powerflex 40 Drive which is of a standard type features 240 Volts AC power. It features 2 Horsepower and a panel mounted – IP20, NEMA/UL open enclosure type. It has 1 phase with an Amps rating of 8.0 Amps. This module has also been incorporated into an internal CE compliant filter and a keypad. It also exhibits the RS-485 communication port. During the installation of this drive, the isolation of the main supply for all the line inputs should be ensured. Before removing the external cover, the user has to wait for three minutes for the capacitors to discharge. The bus capacitor voltage should also be discharged once the cover is removed before doing any work.

The 22B-A8P0N114 Drive features a plastic top panel. This panel prevents debris from falling through the vents of the drive housing. The panel should also be stored at an ambient temperature range of -40 to 85 degrees Celsius. The relative humidity range within which it should be stored should be between 0 and 95%; non-condensing.
