This member of the PowerFlex 40 Series, the 22B-D017F104, is a Three Phase Drive module by Allen Bradley, with a voltage rating of 380 to 480 Volts AC. This unit has a sensorless vector control feature and an Autotune feature, permitting adaptive motor characteristics. With an acceleration of up to 150% on a Load, this unit has an integral RS-485 Communication system that can be programmed from a PC computer and used in multi-network configurations.

Using simple, low-cost brake resistors, this module presents dynamic braking abilities. The 22B-D017F104 is designed to be flexible and improve productivity, as advertised by its A NEMA/UL Type 4X remote and NEMA/UL Type 1 handheld LCD keypad.

The 22B-D017F104 will support a standard 03 or 06 RTU command and is compatible with devices that act as Master RTU. Up to 31 unit PowerFlex modules can connect to one RTU.

This module requires the following enclosure: IP20 Flange Mount (The Front is IP20, NEMA/UL Type Open with a Back/Heatsink of IP40/54/65, NEMA/UL Type 1/12/4/4X). It is equipped with a 24 Volt sink/source control voltage, a Brake IGBT, 10 Hp and 7.5 kW. It measures 325.0 x 300.0 x 105.8 millimeters (12.8 x 11.81 x 5.44 inches)  and weighs approximately 11.93 kilograms (26.3 pounds).
