The Allen Bradley 22B-D017H204 is a Three Phase Drive module of the PowerFlex 40 Series with a voltage rating range of 380 480 Volts AC. With a powerful motor speed control and added flexibility, the 22B-D017H204 is designed to meet global Original Equipment Manufacturer and is equipped with an A NEMA/UL Type 4X remote and NEMA/UL Type 1 hand-held LCD keypad. In addition, this module features a popular “copycat” function and integral RS-485 communications that can be used for programming from a PC.
The 22B-D017H204 can also be utilized in a multi-network configuration, providing dynamic braking capabilities with simple brake resistors. It has a sensorless vector control and Autotune features, the module to adapt motor characteristics. This unit can accelerate up to a 150% load.
A device acting as a Master RTU can be paired with this module, which also supports standard 03 and 06 RTU commands. This module has a preset speed of “8” and a control voltage of 24 Volts sink/source. It has 10 Hp and 7.5 kW and is equipped with Brake IGBT.
Weighing in at about 2.59 kilograms (5.7 pounds), this unit measures 284.0 x 155.0 x 108.0 millimeters (11.18 x 6.1 x 4.25 inches) with a Plate Drive enclosure. It can be removed from the front of the enclosure in the case of repairs.
