The 22B-D024H204 is a three-phase drive manufactured by Allen-Bradley under the PowerFlex 40 series of drives. The 22B-D024H204 features 480 Volts AC power voltage and it comes with a replacement plate drive in an IP20 NEMA/UL Type Open enclosure without a heatsink. The unit is a standard type drive producing 15 Horsepower with a current of 24 Amps. The three-phase drive comes with no CE compliant filter but it features a keypad-based input type. The 22B-D024H204 features DIN rail mounting on A and B Frame drives with an option for panel mounting also available. This provides additional flexibility when it comes to use of the 22B-D024H204 drive in industrial settings. The Allen-Bradley drives feature flange mounted drives that come with an overall enclosure size reduction feature and zero stacking allowable at up to 40 degrees Celsius ambient temperature, saving panel space.

The 22B-D024H204 features relay pre-charge limits inrush current and has the integral brake transistor that comes with available on all drive ratings. The 22B-D024H204 also features A DIP switch for control wiring flexibility with a 150% overload for 60 seconds or a 200% overload for 3 seconds, providing robust overload protection.
