The Allen-Bradley 22B-E1P7N104 is part of the PowerFlex 40 AC drives series – the smallest and most cost-effective members of the PowerFlex family of drives. This 3-phase adjustable frequency AC drive comes with a 600 Volts 50 to 60 Hertz input voltage**,** 1.7 Amps output current, and a 0.75 kW (1.0 Horsepower) power rating. Because it has no filter, an L-type filter with catalog number 22-RF8P0-BL is required. The driver features optimal performance with linear acceleration, excellent current regulation, and world-class digital input repeatability and response time.

The 22B-E1P7N104 comes in a flexible and compact package that provides powerful motor speed regulation and high torque levels with its sensorless vector control. The 22B-E1P7N104 has robust overload protection with the ability to accelerate to at least a 150% load. Even at low frequencies, the variable PWM outputs more current. With flexible communication and structure capabilities, this device offers a versatile programming and network solutions.

The 22B-E1P7N104 comes with a built-in PID loop for proportional, integral, and differential control. This feature is useful in maintaining process feedbacks like flow, pressure, or tension at user-set points. The PID loop works by generating an error value whenever the PID feedback is not within the reference point set. This may be used for 2 basic configurations – trim control and exclusive control.
