The 22B-E9P9N104 is a three-phase motor controller module by Allen Bradley and is one edition of the Allen Bradley PowerFlex 40 Low Voltage AC Drive Module series. Its operating voltage range is rated at 500 to 600 Volts AC, operating at a frequency somewhere between 50 or 60 Hertz.
