The Allen-Bradley 22B-V5P0N104 adjustable frequency AC drive enables speed control in a compact and space-saving design. This drive is modeled for OEM and end-user need for space conservation, flexibility, ease of use, and applicable for use in applications such as material handling systems, pumps, conveyors, and fans. The installation of the 22B-V5P0N104 module support DIN rail mounting. Panel mounting is also available compatible with the use of the provided mounting screw slots. To reduce the overall enclosure size, users can also choose to use the flange mounting option. Integral filtering is also provided with this drive allowing an economical means of achieving the EN55011, Class A, and Class B EMC demands.

The 22B-V5P0N104 can be operated via the integral keypad that coordinates with the potentiometer and the control keys. In the basic program group are the 10 common application parameters so that the process of programming is easy and fast. In the programming, keys are used with the 22B-V5P0N104 and all PowerFlex drives so that users do not need any form of special technical skills to operate the drive.

This specific drive is a compact and intelligent drive as it is housed in an IP20 / NEMA UL Type Open enclosure and supports zero stacking installation, effective reducing panel space requirement and significantly reduces enclosure size. The 22B-V5P0N104 is also a scalable drive as it can be installed with remote mounted and remote handheld Human Interface Modules (HIM) and communication modules that supports Profibus, ControlNet, DeviceNet, LonWorks, Ethernet I/P, RS232 and other communication protocols.

The 22B-V5P0N104 is also provided with a embedded Input and Output channels such as Three (3) Fixed and Four (4) Fully Programmable Discrete inputs, One (1) N.O. and N.C. contact and Two (2) Digital / Optocoupler outputs, Two (2) 0-10VDC or 4-20 mA unipolar and One (1) +/- 10VDC bipolar analog input and One (1) 0-10VDC / 4-20 mA analog output channels.

With premiere integration, drive parameters may be directly integrated to any Logix controller, wherein drive may be operated according to user logic dynamically.
