The 22B-V6P0H204 is adjustable frequency AC Drive from the Power Flex40 family from Allen Bradley. The 22B-V6P0H204 operates on 120 Volts AC single phase voltage and the output current rating is 6.0 Amperes and the power output is 1.1kW. It comes in a replacement plate drive IP20 NEMA/UL enclosure. To install the 22B-V6P0H204, first press and hold the tabs on both sides of the cover and pull the cover out and up to release. The 22B-V6P0H204 must be installed upright on a flat and level surface in a vertical orientation. Take care to protect the cooling fan from dust or any metallic particles. The drive must be installed in a non-corrosive atmosphere and should be protected from direct sunlight and moisture. While installing the 22B-V6P0H204 minimum clearance of 120 millimeters must be kept from the top and the bottom of the drives and it is advisable to keep a distance of 25 millimeters between two adjacent drives to allow air flow.

The 22B-V6P0H204 measures 100 millimeters in width, 180 millimeters in height and 136 millimeters in depth. The drive should be stored in a temperature range of -40 to 85 degrees Celsius and within a humidity range if 0 to 95% non condensing. Drive safety ground must be connected to the system ground and the impedance must be in accordance with the local and national safety regulations of the country. Before you turn ON the power supply to the drive you need to ensure all the inputs are connected to the correct terminals and are secured in place. The input line voltage is within limits of the voltage rating of the drive and the SNK and SRC setup DIP switch is set to match the control wiring scheme. The digital control power should be around 24 Volts and the STOP input is present to ensure that the drive will start.
