The Adjustable Frequency AC drive with part number 22C-D030N103 is a PowerFlex 400 drive that is specifically designed for use in industrial Fan and Pump application. This device is manufactured by Allen-Bradley that is mostly composed of electronic components. The 22C-D030N103 is designed to accept input Voltage range of 380-480VAC, 3-Phase, provides an Output Voltage of 0-460VAC, 3-Phase, output Current of 22.0 A and Power of 11.0 kW (15.0 HP). It has a programmable output frequency of 0-320 Hz. It is capable of Sinusoidal Pulse Width Modulation (PWM) and Sensorless Vector Control (SVC) control method. This drive supports direct panel mounting. It must be installed to an enclosure that offers adequate protection. Recommended enclosures are IP20 / NEMA UL Type Open enclosure or enclosures that prevent entry of solid objects more than 50mm and vertical water splash.

The 22C-D030N103 is provided with an integrated Human Interface Module (HIM) that has Two (2) parameter lines capable of displaying Sixteen (16) character per line. It also has an LCD with Five (5) LED Indicators. Using this HIM component, the 22C-D030N103 may be configured. The HIM also permits local operation and troubleshooting of the drive.

It has an IP30, NEMA /UL type open (Ingress Protection) enclosure that protects the drive against solid objects up to 12 millimeters in size. The Allen-Bradley 22C-D030N103 has a 480 Volts 3-phase AC power supply at 50 to 60 Hertz. It is equipped with 7 programmable digital inputs, analog I/Os, and 2 programmable relays. The drive has an integrated RS-485 communication port that lets it function in a noisy environment and over long distances.
