The Allen-Bradley 22D-D012N104 is a PowerFlex 40P adjustable frequency drive with an integral 4-digit display, keypad, reset button, and 10 LED status indicators. This B frame size, three-phase drive comes with a voltage rating of 240V AC, an input rating of 200-240V AC, and an output of 480V AC. It also has a frequency rating of 50-60 Hz and a power factor of 0.98. The output ratings of this drive are 12 A, 3 HP, and 2.2 kW. This drive is panel or DIN rail-mounted and it has an IP20 NEMA open enclosure. The human interface module (HIM) of the 22D-D012N104 standard drive is a Display/Fault Reset Only version and this drive does not come with an EMC filter.

Zero Stacking is available with this drive and this feature lets you connect drives while using minimal space. You can also install external filters and an optional IP30 NEMA 1 conduit box to increase the drive’s environmental ratings. Its RS-485 communications port is not only used for programming the drive via a PC but it also supports multi-drop network configurations. Various I/O are installed on this drive, specifically 2 digital inputs that are semi-programmable, 5 digital inputs that are fully programmable, 2 opto outputs, 1 form C relay output that is programmable, 1 DIP switch selectable analog input, and 1 DIP switch selectable analog output.
