The Allen Bradley 22D-D024F104 PowerFlex 40P Adjustable Frequency AC drive incorporates air cooling and has a closed-loop (feedback) control system. This space-saving compact device is a flexible and cost-effective solution intended for utilization with packaging machines, fiber spinning machines, conveyors, and diverters. The 22D-D024F104 is extremely easy to use and it is mostly used for motor speed or basic position control of different machines. The 22D-D024F104 is 260 millimeters (10.2 inches) high, 130 millimeters (5.1 inches) wide, and has a depth of 188 millimeters (7.4 inches). The air-cooled drive needs a three-phase current with a voltage rating of 480 Volts AC, and, also, has amperage rating of 24 A and wattage of 11 kW. Besides that, the device has Hp rating of 15 and is housed in IP20 NEMA Type Open enclosure with a Flange mount style. The 22D-D024F104 has size C frame and Reset Only 4-digit display. The 22D-D024F104 should be mounted in an upright manner on a flat, vertical and leveled surface. This drive can be connected to any controller initiating DF1 messaging through serial converter module. In regard to EMC filtering options, this drive comes without CE Compliant filter and has a Standard internal communication module.
