The 22D-D1P4F104 drive is a compact yet powerful PowerFlex drive from Allen-Bradley. It falls under the PowerFlex 40 AC drives series and its job is to provide powerful motor speed control. This 3-phase drive is generally small in appearance but when it comes to performance, it is designed to deliver cost-effective speed control. This series of drives are available in 0.2 to 11kW or 0.25 to 15 Horsepower power ratings and it can fit into 4 voltage classes that are 120, 240, 480, and 600 Volts AC. The 22D-D1P4F104 is built to meet the global OEM performance standards and the end-user demands for ease of use, space saving, cost-effectiveness, and flexible speed control alternatives for machines such as pumps, fans, material handling systems, and conveyors.

The 22D-D1P4F104’s mounting and installation processes are very easy. Apply the DIN rail mounting feature found on all A and B frame drives. For added flexibility, users can use the panel mounting feature. A flange mount is available to reduce the drive’s overall enclosure size with zero stacking allowed. The 22D-D1P4F104 drive comes with a 4-digit display which has 10 additional LED indicators. The programming keys available on the 22D-D1P4F104 have a similar function as those on all the other PowerFlex drives so that if users have ever programmed a PowerFlex drive before, then programming this one will be easy. Also available is an integral keypad which delivers out-of-the-box control by using control keys and a local potentiometer. The enclosure rating is the NEMA Type open/ IP20.
