The Allen-Bradley 22D-E012N104 controller provides the operators with the best motor speed regulation in a space-saving and compact design. This is the smallest and most cost-effective drive in the 22D series in the PowerFlex controller family. The drive is accessible in various power ratings that range from 0.2 to 11 kW and also in the voltage classes of 120, 240, 480, and 600 Volts AC. This drive is engineered with the capacity to meet the international OEM standards and end-user requirements for space savings, flexibility, and ease of operation. The 22D-E012N104 is also crafted for simple and quick speed regulation of applications like fans, machines, pumps, and conveyors and the material handling systems.

With the 22D-E012N104 controller, the installation can be easily done via the DIN mounting property on an A and B frame drives. Panel mounting is also available, providing enhanced flexibility. The available flange mount drives also help to reduce the overall size of the enclosure. Also, zero stacking is possible for ambient temperatures of up to 40 degrees Celsius thereby, saving the valuable panel space. Ambient temperatures of 50 degrees Celsius are possible with a minimal amount of spacing in between the drives. The 22D-E012N104B has an integral keypad that helps the operators to achieve out-of-the-box operation by leveraging the local potentiometer and regulation keys. There are ten common application parameters which are contained within the Basic Program Group, making the programming easy and fast. The digital display has ten additional LED indicators that issue an intuitive display of the drive’s information and status.
