This 22D-E019N104 module is a part of the Allen Bradley AC drive product line. Designed to operate with an input voltage of 600 Volts AC and a 19 Amp current, this AC drive features a panel mount enclosure rating of IP20. Enclosed in a cost-effective and compact design, this three-phase drive has a safe-off and closed-loop control feature. The sensorless vector control option of this drive provides excellent speed regulation and a high level of torque. This module operates in a closed loop with an encoder feedback that uses trim instead of slip compensation, in order to provide enhanced speed range and regulation. The 22D-E019N104 comes without CE compliant filter and functions with 15 Hp. A relay pre-charge on this drive restricts the inrush current and an Integral brake transistor is installed in this drive to provide dynamic braking capability with simple, low-cost brake resistors. In addition, Integral communication cards and wireless interface modules are incorporated on this drive in order to improve machine performance. It comes with a frame size of “C” and features a removable MOV to ground for trouble-free operation in the ungrounded distribution system.

The Autotune feature of the 22D-E019N104 allows it to adapt to specific motor characteristics. To enhance the application flexibility, an integral PID functionality is incorporated into this drive. This drive includes a timer, counter, basic logic and step logic functions to simplify the control schemes and minimize hardware design cost. Moreover, two semi-programmable digital inputs are incorporated in this drive to conduct the start and stop operation and simplify the wiring and troubleshooting operation.
