The Allen-Bradley 22F-D024N114 is a PowerFlex 4M 3-phase, low-voltage AC drive that comes with an integral “S Type” EMC filter, an IP20 enclosure rating, and a C frame size. Its voltage rating is 480V AC, its input ratings are 340-528V, 21.7 kVA, and 26.1 A, and its output ratings are 24 A, 11 kW, and 15 HP. The maximum surrounding air temperature this drive can operate at is -10-40 oC and the non-operating air temperature is -40-95 oC. It also has a maximum operating altitude of 1000 m without derating and a non-condensing humidity range of 0-95%. The operating vibration of this drive is 1 g peak at 5-2000 Hz, while its operating shock is 15 g peak for 11 ms (+/- 1 ms).

This drive also has a standard internal IGBT brake installed and it is panel-mounted. It is important that you install the 22F-D024N114 drive in an area with an ambient atmosphere that does not have any dust, vapor, or volatile gas, nor should it be stored in a corrosive environment.

Suitable for open loop speed regulation applications, this drive features a 4-digit display, remote and local keypad input with arrow keys and function keys, and 10 LED status indicators. Its built-in speed potentiometer is used to control the drive speed and it features a "volts per Hertz" motor control. The I/O present on this drive are 1 analog PTC input, 1 unipolar voltage input, 5 24V DC digital inputs with 2 of them programmable, and 1 form C relay output.
