The Allen-Bradley 22F-D2P5N103 is a PowerFlex4M AC Drive. It is a compact PowerFlex drive, but it provides significant motor speed control in a compact and economical package. The 22F-D2P5N103 meets the needs of a broad range of applications with the simple programming and configuration and feed-through wiring. The 22F-D2P5N103 drive is a 3-phase 480 Volt AC input voltage drive, with input frequency of 50-60 Hertz applicable ofr use with AC motors rates 2.5 A, and 0.75 kW or 1 HP motors.

The 22F-D2P5N103 has 5 I/O terminals, compatible for 24 Volt DC control logic which can be set for either source or sink. It is a Frame A-Size drive and supports DIN rail and panel mounting for easy installation. It has an IP20, NEMA /UL enclosure that allows protection against solid objects up to 12 millimeters in size. The 22F-D2P5N103 comes with a 4-digit display keypad and 10 additional LED indicators for user control. It can be effectively used in a noisy environment over long distances because it has RS-485 communication parts. The 22F-D2P5N103 drive has various features such as robust overload protection and speed regulation for its complete speed range. Zero stacking allows it to use less panel space between drives. The 22F-D2P5N103 is a 340-528VAC, 3-phase powered equipment, with output voltage of 0-460VAC, 3-Phase, output current of 2.5 Amperes and Power output applicable for motors rated 0.75kW (1.0 HP). This device is basically used for low capacity motors however, the accuracy and efficiency remain the similar to larger drives as this drive features the standard capability of the PowerFlex 523 family.

The 22F-D2P5N103 implement control using the featured control capability such as Volts per Hertz (V/Hz) or scalar control. This control method exhibits modulating speed output with constant Torque, ideally used non-lifting applications such as fan and pump applications.
