This kit effectively converts a drive from an IP20 to an IP30 rating, granting improved environmental shielding. The enclosure is framed as Size A, facilitating compatibility with specified drives in the series while weighing in at around 2.1 pounds (0.95 kg).

The dimensions of this enclosure are notably compact, measuring 0.4 inches tall, 0.34 inches wide, and 0.63 inches thick. Installation is straightforward, utilizing mounting screws for secure attachment. Operating within a wide temperature range from -20 to 60°C is possible, and it can also withstand storage temperatures from -40 to 85°C. The unit tolerates humidity levels from 0 to 95%, provided there is no condensation present.
