The Allen-Bradley/Rockwell Automation control module with the product code 25B-CTM1 is manufactured for applications with industrial AC drives that have been manufactured as part of the Allen-Bradley PowerFlex 520 series. The 25B-CTM1 control module is equipped with a front cover and it is rated for use with drives that are rated at 240, 480, and 600 Volts AC voltage. This control module comes with many protective features and it is built for tough operating conditions in different industrial settings. The 25B-CTM1 control module is compatible with drives that have frame sizes from A to E. The 25B-CTM1 control module works with PowerFlex 520 series drives that have a modular design that makes it easy to configure and install both the module and the drive.

The Allen-Bradley/Rockwell Automation 25B-CTM1 control module can connect to a personal computer through a standard USB cable. The module supports quick downloading and uploading of data files and it uses a MainsFree configuration. In addition to that, the 25B-CTM1 module can be used with drives that are installed on a DIN rail. The PowerFlex 520 drives also support panel mounting and zero stacking mounting. Some of the major features of the PowerFlex 520 series drives are integral brake transistors, dual overload ratings, adjustable PWM frequency, and removable MOVs. These drives support Volts per Hertz control, Sensorless Vector control, closed-loop velocity vector control, and permanent magnet motor control, and the supported communication options are a dual-port EtherNet/IP option card, embedded EtherNet/IP port, integral RS485/DSI, and online EDS file creation.
