The 25A-B5P0N104 is a compact and scalable Adjustable Frequency AC Drive that is part of Allen-Bradley’s product portfolio of cost-effective motor control solutions. This drive comes with fully-programmable parameters that can be custom configured to meet the basic and advanced motor control solutions such as control of speed or torque.

The 25A-B5P0N104 ‘s supported control methods includes Sinusoidal Pulse Width Modulation (PWM), Volts/Hertz (V/Hz), Sensorless Vector Control, Economizer SVC motor control, and Closed Loop Velocity Vector Control. These control methods enable the drive to implement modulating speed control.on top of basic motor control capabilities such as Start / Stop / Forward Run / Reverse Run of motor.

The 25A-B5P0N104 has a carrier frequency of 2...16 kHz, Drive rating based on 4 kHz. The frequency accuracy of the discrete input is Within ±0.05% of set output frequency, analog input Within 0.5% of maximum output frequency, 10-Bit resolution and analog output ±2% of full scale, 10-Bit resolution.

The application’s modularity features graphical wizards, automatic creation of tags for easy configuration of devices. Local configuration may be implemented via the Human Interface Module and its five-digit, 16-segment LCD display. To upload and download drive configuration, the unit accepts standard USB cables. The 25A-B5P0N104 has an integral DSI port that maintains multi-drive networking, allowing one node to link with up to five other PowerFlex AC drives. It offers a variety of control solutions from Volts per Hertz performance, sensorless vector control, and sensorless vector control with Economizer. It features open loop speed regulation, IGBT braking, and DC braking as additional features, and offers multi-drive connectivity with its built-in RS485 with Modbus RTU/DSI, dual-port EtherNet/IP option card, DeviceNet option card, and PROFIBUS DP option card.
